Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team,
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets,
  • Execute sales initiatives with external partners in order to increase market share and implementation of sales targets,
  • Strengthen the partnership with current partners in existing sales channels and search for new channels for selling of the company’s products,
  • Internet channel customer experience management,
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and events,
  • Financial & targets management,
  • Maximising new business development opportunities,
  • Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained,
  • Effectively providing best-in-class service to customers,
  • Increasing business efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Higher education,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT area,
  • Charismatic sales leader with hunter personality,
  • Have experience in new sales & lead generation,
  • Have a proven track-record of negotiating and converting sales pipeline to profitable Customer contracts,
  • Have experience in managing existing clients relations,
  • Have work experience in global market,
  • Are flexible to travel throughout the world if required,
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written,
  • Communication, creativity, curiosity, motivation,
  • Accuracy and independence in work.
