Alior Bank received the top prize in the international competition “Retail Banker International, London 2016” in the category “Best technology used in direct customer service .” Jury appreciated our Virtual Agent Dronn – artificial intelligence system that supports remote contact with customers.
Virtual Agent is a combination of automatic speech recognition, semantic analysis, speech synthesis, natural language processing systems and biometric technology to identify the voice. Virtual Agent is a system of artificial intelligence – the virtual representative of the bank, designed to lead to the customer a coherent conversation or respond to the answers and ask questions tailored to them. At Alior Bank is used in the soft recovery, urging customers to repay the debt, as well as in marketing research.
