Call Center World 2016

Call Center World is a 3 day event being held from 23rd February to the 25th February 2016 at the Estrel Hotel & Convention Center in Berlin, Germany.

More than 250 international exhibitors from 15 countries were demonstrating their innovative products and services at this years edition of CCW. Various profiles companies could be seen: such as Call centre suppliers, Personnel management, Telephone marketing (inbound/outbound), Quality management, Call center consultancy and more.
